Marilla on BBC News Website

The July 2010 edition of Christian Music News by Geoff Howlett on BBC Humberside had this to say about Marilla’s recent appearance at St Francis Xavier’s Church, in Motherwell, Scotland:

“The Catholic Herald recently reported that Marilla Ness drew crowds from near and far for her first ever event in Scotland – held in support of the persecuted church.

About 400 fans – some from as far as Somerset – packed into St Francis Xavier church in Carfin, outside Motherwell, for ‘An Evening of Prayerful Music’.

The concert raised nearly £3,000 for the Catholic charity, Aid to the Church in Need, which supports persecuted and other suffering Christians.

Following their return from a successful ministry trip to the USA, Hull based husband and wife duo Living Hope release their new album, Chronicles, on July 9th with a launch party at the Manna Coffee House in Cottingham.”
